Disappearance of Xiao in Hong Kong Raises Issue of Kidnapping by Chinese Government

In the early morning hours of January 27, 2017, Xiao Jianhua, a 45 year old China-born billionaire who is a Canadian citizen and an Antiguan & Barbudan ambassador, was taken in a wheelchair from a luxury Hong Kong hotel with his head covered and eventually brought to China, apparently to cooperate in a corruption investigation.
