Abstract:
On April 5, 2016, Robert L. Capers, United States Attorney for the Eastern District of New York, announced his office would host that day a repatriation ceremony at which the U.S. will return to Mongolia the fossilized remains of six species of dinosaur. U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents in New York and Utah seized the fossils which were unlawfully removed from Mongolia.
