Former U.S. Journalist Held Hostage in Lebanon Sues Iran Government

On March 22, 1999, Terry Anderson, the U.S. national and former journalist who was kidnaped and held hostage for more than six years in Lebanon, and his family sued the Iranian government, seeking $100 million in compensatory damages and unspecified punitive damages.
