Abstract: 
In response to a series of problems and complaints from Caribbean governments about the increase of serious crime resulting from the lack of information about the repatriation of convicts from the U.S., Canada, and the U.K., the U.S. and several Caribbean countries have decided to conclude agreements that will help manage the traffic.
