Abstract:
On December 6, 1990, Drew Arena, Director of the Office of International Affairs, Criminal Division, U.S. Department of Justice reviewed developments in international criminal law for the U.S. and disclosed that only the previous day the U.S. and Argentina concluded a Mutual Legal Assistance Treaty in Criminal Matters.
