Kidnapping of Mexican Citizens

The media has recently reported that, due to its concern over the increasing number of kidnappings by first the United States Government in the Camarena investigation and more recently by the Texas Government, the Mexican Government has retained an attorney to petition U.S. authorities for the return of those citizens and to assist local defense council in Beaumont.
