Report of Senate Foreign Relations Subcommittee Makes International Enforcement Law and Policy Recommendations

On April 13, 1989, the Senate Foreign Relations Subcommittee on Narcotics, Terrorism, and International Operations released a report criticizing the lack of priority given by the U.S. Government towards the war on drugs emanating from Latin America and the Caribbean.
