Abstract:
On April 18, the Senate Committee on Foreign Relations held a hearing on the six pending Mutual Legal Assistance Treaties with the Bahamas, Belgium, Canada, the Cayman Islands, Mexico, and Thailand. Present at the hearing were Senators John Kerry (D-Mass.) and Jesse Helms (R-N.C.).
