Abstract:
It is domestic copyright law that is all important in the final analysis, and that is why this new book is timely and extremely useful.  The copyright practitioner must understand the foreign domestic laws just as much as the international conventions, and since there is a plethora of material written on the conventions, this book stands out as an essential inclusion in every copyright library.
