Abstract: 
On September 27, 1985, the Senate Foreign Relations Committee reported out six Mutual Legal Assistance Treaties (hereinafter MLATs) between the United States and six other nations.  The treaties with the Cayman Islands, Canada, Belgium, and Thailand were unanimously reported out while the treaties with Mexico and the Bahamas were reported out by a vote of seventeen to two.
