Greek Appellate Court Orders Extradition of Palestinian to the U.S.

On October 10, 1988, a Greek judicial council ordered the extradition to the United States of Mohammed Rashid, 39, a Palestinian accused of planting a bomb that killed one person and injured fifteen others on a Pan Am jet over Hawaii in 1982.
