Abstract:

Members of the Inter-American Drug Abuse Commission (CICAD) are currently considering Chile's proposal to enlarge CICAD to twenty-one members, in order to strenghten its effectiveness. The proposal is made in the contect of the grave financial crisis of the Organization of American States (OAS).
