Abstract: 
On the eve of adjournment, October 21, 1988, Congress reached agreement and passed a compromise version of the Anti-Drug Abuse Act of 1988, also commonly known as the Omnibus Drug Bill II.  Subtitle A contains amendments to money-laundering provisions, many of which may affect international business transactions.
