Abstract: 
On Nov. 14 the U.S. Customs Service published in Telex No. 145756 its regulations implementing the Anti-Apartheid Act of 1986 with respect to the latest technical amendments and interpretations of the statute.  The main statement is that effective October 2 1986 "no article which is grown, produced, manufactured by, marketed, or otherwise exported by a corporation, partnership, or other entity owned, controlled or subsidized by the government of South Africa (Parastatal Organization) may be imported into the U.S." with the exception of those contracted for prior to August 15, 1986, and entered and released on or before April 1, 1987.
