Abstract:
On November 15, 2015, during the G20 meeting in Antalya, Turkey, the United Kingdom announced its actions to implement the commitment of the G20 leaders in St. Petersburg to lead by example in fulfilling the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) Recommendations, and their Brisbane commitment to implement the G20 High Level Principles on Beneficial Ownership Transparency, especially the standards on transparency of beneficial ownership information.
