More Settlements between the Justice Department and Swiss Banks

Two additional settlements have occurred between the U.S. Department of Justice and Swiss banks under the Swiss Bank Program, which was announced on August 29, 2013, and gives a mechanism for Swiss banks to resolve potential criminal liabilities in the U.S.
