Abstract:
On June 30, 2014, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit reinstated a lawsuit by Iraqi nationals alleging torture at the Abu Ghraib prison in Iraq against CACI International. The court also considered the defendants’ contention that the case presents a “political question” that is inappropriate for judicial resolution.
