Abstract:

At its 17^th sitting on April 25, 2013, the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) adopted Resolution 1932 (2013) and Recommendation 2016 (2013) on “Frontex: Human Rights Responsibilities”. Both the debate and the two documents were based on the Report prepared by the Committee on Migration, Refugees, and Displaced Persons.^{^[2]} Additionally, the Committee on Legal Affairs and Human Rights submitted its opinion.^{^[3]}
