Abstract:
On June 11, 2012, the U.S. Department of Justice filed a second amended verified complaint for forfeiture in rem against real and personal property held for the benefit of Teodoro Nguema Obiang Mangue, the Second Vice President of Equatorial Guinea for National Defense and State Security, and son of the President of Equatorial Guinea.[1]
