Inter-American Convention on Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters Progresses

On June 7, 1991, the General Assembly of the Organization of American States recommended that the Draft American Convention on Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters be forwarded to the governments of the Organization of American States for reference and study before November 1, 1991, so that the General Assembly will be able to consider it at the next annual meeting that occurs in the Bahamas in June.
