Abstract:
According to media reports, Bolivian general Jorge Moreira, the commander in chief of the Bolivian Armed Forces, has declared that he has requested the identification and expulsion of the Drug Enforcement Agency agents implicated in incidents that he qualified as "an affront to the Armed Forces."
