Abstract:
On December 2, 2004, the Justice and Home Affairs Council of the European Union issued a press release, summarizing its recent meeting.
The Council agreed on a series of documents relating to counter-terrorism initiatives, a revised action plan on combating terrorism, a strategy on the fight against terrorist financing, a report on intelligence capacity, conclusions on prevention, preparedness and response to terrorist attacks and a EU solidarity program on the consequences of terrorist threats and attacks.
