Brazil Tries to Enforce Forfeiture Judgment After Congress Amends US Law

The Brazilian government has brought a new action to register and enforce a Brazilian forfeiture judgment in the U.S. in the aftermath of the amendments Congress has enacted to the U.S. asset forfeiture law.
