Abstract: 
On February 10, 2004, the Lords of the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council affirmed a decision of the Court of Appeals of the Bahamas that Frank Cartwright and Samuel Knowles should be extradited to the U.S. to stand trial in Florida on charges of having committed drug offenses.
