IMF/World Bank Publish Handbook on Financial Intelligence Units

In 2004, the International Monetary Fund/World Bank have published a handbook, Financial Intelligence Units: An Overview (133 pp., 2004, ISBN 1-58906-349-X). The reason for the book is that financial intelligence units (FIUs) have existed for more than ten years.
