Abstract:
On March 29, 2001, French police arrested James Charles Kopp, 46, an anti-abortion activist known as “Atomic Dog” and one of the FBI’s most wanted fugitives, as he tried to collect a money order for him in Dinan, France.
Within hours of his arrest, U.S. authorities arrested Dennis J.
