Appellate Court Refuses to Dismiss Case In Spite of Government Misconduct

On June 29, 2010, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit affirmed a lower court’s suppression of evidence as the appropriate remedy for government misconduct in a case involving tax fraud by an individual residing in Panama.
