Abstract: 
United Nations Security Council in its Resolution No. 827 (1993) on the creation of an International Tribunal for the prosecution of persons responsible for crimes committed in the territory of the former Yugoslavia in Chapter 4 "decides that all States shall take any measures necessary under their domestic law to implement the provisions of the present resolution and the Statute" of the Tribunal.
