Abstract:
On November 23, 1995, Nicholas W. Leeson, the British trader, was extradited and arrived in Singapore where he was immediately arrested for the eleven charges for which he was extradited in connection with fraudulent derivative trades during his work with the merchant bank Barings P.L.C.
