Abstract:
In an article published in the October 24, 1988 issue of Tax Notes, Percy P. Woodard, Jr., a Certified Public Accountant practicing with Arthur Young in Dallas, and Assistant Commission of Internal Revenue (International) from 1986-88, reiterated the recent remarks, by other IRS officials dealing in the international area, that the IRS is quickly reallocating its resources devoted to international transactions.
