Abstract:
On February 2, 2012, the media reported that the Venezuelan and Trinidadian governments have initiated talks with a view to starting cooperation in penal reform and offender management, and particularly allowing citizens of one country convicted of offenses in the other country to serve their sentences in their home country.[1]
