U.S. v. Mann: 9th Circuit Upholds Use of Cayman Bank Records in Tax Case

In United States v. Mann, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit upheld the conviction of defendants on tax charges arising from narcotics offenses.  In doing so, the Court made two holdings which are harmful to offshore jurisdictions.
