Abstract:
On September 18, 1986, it was announced that the United States and the British Government, acting on behalf of the Turks and Caicos, concluded an interim agreement supplementing the Single Narcotics Convention (Single Convention).  The agreement, which will be used chiefly to combat money laundering, follows almost verbatim the 1984 Cayman model.
