Abstract: 

On January 25, 2012, U.S. officials returned “Le Marché aux Poissons” (The Fish Market), a monotype by Camille Pissarro, a famous French painter, to French Ambassador François Delattre at a ceremony at the Kreeger Museum in the District of Columbia.[1]
