U.S. Releases Proposed Model Non-Prosecution Agreement for Swiss Banks

In early March 2015, the tax media published the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) draft U.S. Department of Justice Model Non-Prosecution Agreement (NPA) for Swiss Banks. Swiss banks participating under Category 2 of DOJ’s Voluntary Disclosure (VD) Program for Swiss Banks will be required to enter into NPAs in order to resolve their U.S. criminal problems.
