Abstract: 
On May 28, 2015, the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) announced it had settled with the following four Swiss banks under the DOJ Voluntary Disclosure Programs for Swiss Banks:  Société Générale Private Banking (Lugano-Svizzera); MediBank AG; LBBW (Schweiz) AG; and Scobag Privatbank AG. On June 3, 2015, the DOJ announced settlements with Rothschild Bank AG and Banca Credinvest SA.
