Abstract: 
On January 15, 2017, the United States extradited 31-year-old Senad Cejvan, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina and permanent resident of Missouri, to the Dutch Caribbean island of Saba, in the Netherlands Antilles, to face charges in the April 2015 killing and sexual assault of a U.S. media student.
