Abstract: 
On October 26, 2001, President George W. Bush signed into law the Uniting and Strengthening American By Providing Appropriate Tools Required to Intercept and Obstruct Terrorism (USA Patriot) Act of 2001, which is H.R. 3162. In particular, the article discusses: Enhancing Domestic Security Against Terrorism (Title I); International Money Laundering Abatement & Anti-Terrorism Financing (Title III); Protecting the Border (Title IV); Strengthening the Criminal Laws against Terrorism (Title VIII). To a much less extent the article discusses Enhanced Surveillance Procedures (Title II) and Removing Obstacles to Investigating Terrorism (Title V).
