U.S. District Court Grants Enforcement of Summons under Mexican TIEA

On May 31, 1994, H.W. Head Jr., a U.S. District Court judge for the Southern District of Texas, has ordered the enforcement of a summons issued by the Internal Revenue Service to assist the Mexican Government in another tax investigation, thereby making the third case in which U.S. courts have enforced a summons under the Mexican-U.S. Tax Information Exchange Agreement (TIEA)...(more)
