Abstract:
On July 17, 2003 agents of the Bureau of Immigration and Customs Enforcement arrested John Edward Anthony McNicholl at his home in Upper Darby, Pennsylvania. He was flown to Dublin the following day. A suspected member of the outlaw paramilitary group the Irish National Liberation Army, McNicholl was charged for the killing of a police officer in his native Northern Ireland in 1976.
