Abstract:

On January 2, 2013, U.S. District Court Judge Colleen McMahon ruled that, although numerous high-level United States government executive branch officials have revealed the process whereby it decides to conduct targeted killings, including of U.S. citizens by drones, the U.S. government had not waived its rights to exemption under the Freedom of Information Act.[1]
