U.S. Court of Appeals Overturns Award Against PLO for Terror Attacks Due to Jurisdiction

On August 31, 2016, the United States court of Appeals for the Second Circuit reversed a $655 million award against the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) and the Palestinian Authority (PA) for attacks that killed or wounded members of eleven American families in Israel on the basis of lack of jurisdiction.
