Abstract:

The heads of the U.S., Canadian and Mexican antitrust agencies met on December 19, 2011, to strengthen effective enforcement cooperation. According to the Department of Justice,[1] the discussion covered a wide range of enforcement and policy issues, including updates on merger policy and enforcement among the three jurisdictions and the sharing of recent experience in areas of mutual enforcement interest.
