Abstract:
On August 14, 2014, a U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit upheld the dismissal of a complaint by a whistleblower Liu Meng-Lin against defendant Siemens AG, his former employer, alleging that Siemens retaliated against him in response to his disclosures of alleged corrupt conduct, and that Siemens thereby violated the whistleblower antiretaliation provision of the Dodd-Frank Act.
