Abstract: 
On November 29, 2000, the U.S. and Yemeni Government signed an agreement on mutual assistance in the investigation and prosecution of suspects and witnesses in the investigation of the bombing of the U.S.C. § on October 12, 2000. Under the agreement FBI agents can listen to interrogation of suspects by Yemeni authorities and submit suggested supplemental questions to Yemeni authorities, who in turn may pose the questions to suspects.
