Abstract: 
During February 19-24, 1986, a visit by Bob Richards, Deputy General Counsel, U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency, and Brad Cates and Mike Zeldim, U.S. Department of Justice, to Port of Spain, Trinidad resulted in bilateral agreements to cooperate in the fight against narcotics trafficking.
