Abstract: 
On June 12, 2009, the U.S. Trade Representative Ron Kirk announced the Obama Administration has decided to continue negotiating a new multilateral Anti–Counterfeiting Trade Agreement (ACTA). Talks will resume in Morocco in July. The parties have a goal of concluding an agreement in 2010.
