During the third week of September of this year, at the time of the 16th Annual Conference of the International Organization of Securities Commission (IOSCO), hosted by the SEC in Washington, the United States Government made new gains in international enforcement cooperation by concluding several enforcement cooperation mechanisms for securities and commodities futures trading matters.
