Abstract:
The United States on June 20, 1988 appealed in the British Columbia Court the extradition ruling on Charles McVey. The United States claimed that "it must meet prima facie proof that the conduct of Mr. McVey in the United States constitutes sufficient evidence of his commission of the crime of forgery in Canada that would justify his committal for trial of forgery in Canada."
