Abstract:

In the aftermath of the terrorist incidents of September 11, 2001, several international organizations, including the United Nations, have acted against international terrorism. The article discusses the U.N. resolutions concerning counterterrorism, namely Resolution 1368 of September 12 and Resolution 1373 of September 28, 2001. One of the resolutions establishes a Committee of the Security Council to monitor implementation of the resolution.
